— Show original TENA flex maxi XL belt diapers are our most absorbent protectors. The belt has a Velcro closure that can be opened and closed several times. The diaper has an absorbency of 8 drops, or about 15-20 dl.
The hip circumference measurement for size XL is 105-153 cm.
