Bauerfeind GenuTrain S

The Bauerfeind GenuTrain S knee brace adds mechanical stability to the knee area. The active support also passively stabilizes the joint with two adjustable joint plates attached to the inside and outside of the knee.

The support is comfortable to wear thanks to the particularly flexible, breathable and moisture-wicking knit. The anatomically shaped rails are placed in guide channels on the sides. They can be heated and reshaped if necessary. The annular viscoelastic pad surrounds the patella and makes it easier to position the support correctly.

The combination of splints and strap systems provides additional passive support for the knee. The effect on the sensorimotor system enhances the muscle support that stabilizes the knee. The soft disc ring follows the movement of the knee, massaging the soft tissues surrounding the patella.
The compression and massage effects accelerate the absorption of swelling and fluid retention.

Circumference above and below the knee. Leg bent so that the knee bends at an angle of approximately 30 degrees.
A = Circumference of the upper part, 14 cm from the middle of the knee upwards
B = Lower circumference, 12 cm down from the middle of the knee
