Technical support vest for wheelchairs

Orliman 1204 is a technical support vest made of padded neoprene. It supports the body position in a wheelchair and helps to manage anterior and lateral instability that occurs during sitting.

The zipper in the middle of the vest makes it easy to put on and take off. The vest can be opened without having to adjust the straps attached to the chair each time you use it.

Attachment to a wheelchair

The adjustable straps of the support vest have a hole for attaching to a wheelchair and a screw fastening. A snap fastener at one end of the straps makes it easy to quickly open and close the vest.

The wheelchair must have structures and attachment points suitable for installing the product. The exact scope of delivery of attachment parts should be checked before sale.

According to the manufacturer, the support vest is intended to support body position and stability, especially in a wheelchair. The correct sitting position consists of the seat, backrest, body support and lower limb position.

The product is intended for users with poor posture or a tendency to slide out of a sitting position. Final suitability should always be assessed individually.

The product must not be used to unreasonably restrict the user's movement. It is not a substitute for a vehicle seat belt or a wheelchair transport restraint system.

Size XS/0, children's model: 23–27 cm
Size S/1: 28–32 cm
Size M/2: 33–41 cm
Size L/3: 41–48 cm
The measurement is made according to the manufacturer's instructions. The product size is not selected based on waist circumference.
