The product is intended for, among other things, mild ankle sprains and the need for light support. Other uses include support after an ankle dislocation, in which case the product should be used under the guidance of a treating professional.

Measuring size

Measure the ankle circumference at the point indicated in the manufacturer's measurement image:

• S/1: 17–20 cm
• M/2: 20–23 cm
• L/3: 23–26 cm

Dressing

Place the brace evenly around your ankle and adjust the tension to a tight fit. The brace should not cause numbness, skin discoloration, or excessive pressure.
