Measuring size

Measure the ankle circumference according to the manufacturer's measurement instructions:

• Size 1: 17–20 cm
• Size 2: 20–23 cm
• Size 3: 23–26 cm

Dressing

Pull the support onto your foot and place the gel pads on either side of your ankle. Make sure the pads do not press directly on the bony prominences of your ankle in an uncomfortable way.
