Measure your wrist circumference:

S/1: 15–18 cm
M/2: 18–21 cm
L/3: 21–24 cm
Choose your size based on the product-specific measurement. If your measurement falls between two sizes, it is worth checking with customer service to ensure the right size and the necessary support.
