The Orliman children's knee brace is an openable knee orthosis with aluminum rails on both sides of the knee. The rails provide stronger medial and lateral support than flexible side supports.

Size selection

Measure the circumference of the knee at the bend of the knee with the knee slightly bent:

• Size 1: circumference 20–26 cm, recommended age 2–6 years
• Size 2: circumference 26–32 cm, recommended age 6–12 years

Choose your size primarily based on your circumference.

Dressing

Place the kneecap in the middle of the open area and the aluminum splints on the sides of the knee. Close the Velcro straps evenly. The splints should not press on the knee joint or cause skin irritation.

This is a more supportive product than a standard elastic knee brace for children. In the event of injury, surgery, or significant knee instability, the product should be selected under the guidance of a healthcare professional.
