Orliman Manutec is a long, semi-rigid wrist and thumb support. It has shapeable aluminum blades for both the wrist and thumb. In addition, two reinforcements on the back support the controlled position of the wrist and thumb.

Breathable three-layer material and a cotton layer next to the skin improve comfort. The support is attached with adjustable Velcro straps and buckles. The fingers remain free. There is a separate model of the product for the right and left hand.

Intended uses include thumb osteoarthritis, tendon problems, De Quervain's tenosynovitis, wrist and thumb overuse, thumb ligament injuries, and post-injury or post-procedure support.

Choosing a model and size

First, choose the right or left hand model. Then measure your wrist circumference:

Size 1: 12–16 cm
Size 2: 16–18 cm
Size 3: 18–20 cm
