Measuring size

Measure the circumference of the knee at the knee joint:

• Size 1: 49–58 cm
• Size 2: 58–69 cm
• Size 3: 69–82 cm

Dressing

Open the support completely and place it around your knee. Close the four Velcro fasteners evenly. The support should stay in place without any strong pressure.
