A multi-purpose cold/heat pack with a comfortable terry surface. The pack can be cooled in the freezer compartment or freezer (max -25°C) or heated in water up to 75°C to a suitable temperature.

When cold, the gel pack can be used, for example, to relieve sports injuries (strains). When cold, the pack reduces swelling and relieves pain. When warm, the pack can be used, for example, to treat muscle cramps or sciatica.
