Zippered support vest for sitting posture control

The Orliman 1000 is an upper body posture support vest for a wheelchair, chair or recliner. It is made of breathable, semi-rigid three-layer material.

The zipper at the chest makes it easy to put on and take off the vest. The vest can be opened without having to change the settings of the adjustment straps attached to the backrest.

Adjustable and color-coded attachments

The support vest has adjustable straps and color-coded buckles to make it easy to identify the correct attachment points. The straps are adjusted based on the user, wheelchair, and support needed.

According to the manufacturer, the support vest is intended for users who have anterior or lateral body instability when sitting. The product can be attached to a wheelchair, regular chair, or recliner.

The vest must not put pressure on the neck, armpits or chest or make breathing difficult. The user's posture, skin, blood circulation and condition must be monitored regularly. The product must not be used to unreasonably restrict the user's movement.

The product does not replace the vehicle seat belt or wheelchair transport restraint system.
