Size selection

Measure the circumference of the knee at the bend of the knee with the knee slightly bent:

• Size 1: circumference 20–26 cm, recommended age 2–6 years
• Size 2: circumference 26–32 cm, recommended age 6–12 years

Choose size based on circumference.

Dressing

Place the pad on the front of your knee and close the Velcro straps evenly behind your knee. Make sure the support does not rub against the knee crease.
