Orliman Polven immobilisaatiotuki

The Orlima knee immobilizer is an orthosis designed to straighten the knee. Four aluminum support rails support the leg from the sides and back.

The product is used under the guidance of a healthcare professional. The professional should determine the need for immobilization, the appropriate size, length of the support and the duration of use.

Measuring size

Measure the circumference of the thigh 15 cm above the knee:

• Size 1: 43–53 cm
• Size 2: 53–63 cm

Additionally, choose a support length of 50 or 60 cm. The appropriate length should be determined based on the user's leg length and the instructions of the treating professional.

Wearing and use

Open the fastenings and place the orthosis around the leg so that two support rails are located on the sides of the knee and two on the back of the leg. Close the straps evenly.

The support should not cause strong local pressure, numbness, skin discoloration or circulatory problems. Check the skin regularly during use.

The circumference is measured 15 cm above the knee. Two sizes.
