Choosing the right height

Adjust the walking stick handle to the height of the user's wrist while the user is standing straight. The elbow should be slightly bent. Before use, check that the height adjustment lock is properly engaged.

Operational safety

Check the condition of the rubber on the pole head regularly. Replace worn or damaged rubber before using the pole. In slippery conditions, a compatible ice spike can be selected for the pole.
