Adjusting the height

Adjust the handle to the height of the user's wrist while the user stands straight with their arms at their sides. Before use, check that the adjustment button and locking ring are properly in place.

Maintenance and accessories

Check the rubber on the pole head regularly and replace it if the pattern on the bottom is worn or if there is any damage to the rubber. For slippery conditions, a compatible ice spike can be selected.
