Three-point body orthosis

Orliman Sternotech is a rigid hyperextension orthosis that provides support through the sternum, suprapubic region, and thoracolumbar spine. The lightweight aluminum frame stabilizes the body and limits spinal movement.

The three-dimensionally movable chest support adapts to the shape of the chest. The articulated pelvic support makes it easier to sit, and its angle can be locked during fitting. Removable pads and a quick-release fastener make daily use easier.

Sternotech is intended for use under the direction of a healthcare professional, for example when the thoracic or lumbar spine requires strong stabilization. The professional should select the correct model, adjust the orthosis to the user, and determine the duration of use.

Size selection

The size is selected based on the hip circumference:

Size 1: 60–75 cm
Size 2: 75–90 cm
Size 3: 90–105 cm
Size 4: 105–115 cm
