Orliman Epitec Fix EP-21G -tenniskyynärpäätuki

Orliman Epitec Fix EP-21G is an adjustable forearm support for tennis and golf elbow. The support applies adjustable pressure to the muscles and tendons of the forearm, helping to reduce the load on the tendon attachment point.

Inside the support is an anatomically shaped thermoplastic reinforcement and a viscoelastic pressure pad. The pad's silicone dots help keep the support in place. The elastic adjustment strap and scale allow for individual adjustment of the compression.

Intended use:

• in connection with tennis elbow or lateral epicondylitis
• in connection with golfer's elbow, or medial epicondylitis
• for managing forearm strain at work and during exercise

Setting up support

Place the brace on the upper part of the forearm, approximately three centimeters below the outer joint pin of the elbow. The forearm should be relaxed during the application of the brace.

Place the viscoelastic pad over the sore muscle or tendon area. Tighten the strap so that the pressure feels firm but does not cause numbness, coldness, skin discoloration, or increased pain.

The correct placement of the support varies depending on whether it is tennis or golf elbow.
